Make it Enjoy it Breathe it

FORGE ART FAIR host, London Lighthouse Gallery is located in a new Island neighbourhood on one of the best-connected sites in London. Bridging neighbour Canary Wharf and the cultural energy of east London, London City Island is one of the most important waterside projects London has seen in recent years. Taking inspiration from the best elements from metropolitan islands across the world, the project combines bold architecture and pioneering landscape design to create a spectacular landmark in riverside living with plenty to do.

The Forge Art Fair name's inspiration

The Forge was built in 1860 and is one of the last buildings from the golden age of shipbuilding on the Isle of Dogs. At the time of Brunel’s famous paddle steamer, The Forge – part of a 5,000-strong workforce – built the keel for HMS Northumberland; one of the earliest ironclad battleships. This amazing building was the first home to the Art Fair in 2023 and also Carolina's Studio.
